Kasba Lake Lodge

Hatchet Lake Lodge

When we first decided to investigate our supplies out of Winnipeg, we were more than nervous. Finding good suppliers that pay attention to detail is most difficult to find. After initially speaking to Peter Spicer, we decided it would be worth our while to meet with the operations people of Northern Meat Services. When we arrived we were introduced to Russ, the owner, and he quickly made us feel as if we were a customer of his for 20 plus years. Our trust in their company was immediately felt. They made us feel like family.

We initially thought they were a meat service company only, but soon realized that there was not anything that they couldn’t supply us with. Pricing met our expectation , and the quality was outstanding. Being a remote fly in fishing lodge, fresh produce at high quality is difficult to find, but they were able to produce that.
